EximTool is a digital service. Due to its nature, payments made for Pro subscriptions or any paid features are non-refundable. Please read carefully before purchasing.
2Why Refunds Do Not Apply
EximTool is a digital trade intelligence platform. Upon purchasing a Pro subscription, you gain immediate and irreversible access to the following digital assets:
- Verified buyer and supplier contact information
- Premium market research and data
- Exim University educational content
- Other Pro-only tools and information
Since this digital content cannot be "returned" once accessed (the information has already been viewed and used), payments made are non-refundable.
3Evaluate Before You Buy
We give every user the opportunity to evaluate the service before purchasing:
- You can try many platform features for free with a free account.
- What each Pro feature offers is clearly described before purchase.
- If you have any questions, contact our support before buying.
Since you have the opportunity to evaluate the service with a free account, we ask that you purchase a Pro subscription only after being fully satisfied.
4Exceptions
In the following exceptional cases, we may review each request individually:
- Duplicate/erroneous payment: If you are charged multiple times for the same subscription due to a technical error.
- Payment made but access not granted: If Pro features are not activated despite payment being deducted (and this is due to a technical issue on our end).
In such cases, contact support@eximtool.com with proof within 7 business days. We will verify and resolve the matter.
5Subscription Cancellation
You may stop your subscription renewal at any time. Upon cancellation, you will retain Pro access until the end of the current billing period, but no partial refund will be provided for the already-paid period.
6Consent
By purchasing a Pro subscription, you agree to this Refund Policy and acknowledge that payments are non-refundable due to the nature of digital content.
